Our concept of diversity extends beyond the conventional boundaries, focusing on the identities and experiences of groups historically marginalized in higher education. This includes considerations such as age, class, culture, physical abilities, ethnicity, gender, national origin, race, and religion, among others. We recognize that diverse perspectives enhance the educational environment for everyone.
